Q: Is participation in the F-ROC program required?
A: No, participation is not required

Q: What categories of work does the F-ROC program cover?
A: Category A (Debris Removal) and Category B (Emergency Protective Measures)

Q: Who should attend Phase 2 training?
A: Individuals responsible for completing F-ROC-related tasks, including the Disaster Readiness Assessment, Post Disaster Questionnaire and standardized F-ROC forms.

Q: Who should complete the eLearning and sign the Participation Request Form?
A: The signatory authority for your organization should sign the Participation Request Form and take the eLearning. The eLearning can be delegated with a proper delegation of authority notification.

Q: What is the formula for the F-ROC Score?
A: (B) Baseline + (A) Abatement = (R) Recovery Score *Maximum score of 80

Q: Can I Participate in the F-ROC program and still use my own forms?
A: Yes, however in order to maximize your F-ROC score, you should utilize the standard F-ROC forms (reference above graphic for score breakdown)
