STEP 3 - Project Worksheet (PW) Preparation
Under the new FEMA PA Program, applicants are allowed to prepare their own Small Project PWs. Technical Assistance is provided if needed and normally each applicant is allowed 30 days (after the Kickoff Meeting) to prepare their Small Project PW. The PACs will coordinate scheduling with Project Officers to prepare any required Large Project PWs.
