STEP 7 - Completion of Work
When a Large Project is completed, the subgrantee will submit a Project Summary of Documentation to DEM along with a request for final inspection. Once the state has reviewed the documentation form, a final inspection will be scheduled. When a Small Project is completed, the applicant must submit a project completion certification to DEM.
