The Infrastructure Section consists of the Engineering Unit which provides technical assistance to county governments with locating, identifying, and retrofitting hurricane shelters, statewide shelter deficit reduction project, Statewide Emergency Shelter Plan, and the Homeland Security EOC Grant projects.
