The Tier II Reporting Software provided during the past few years is no longer available. If you have received the software in the past and were able to use it “trouble-free,” please feel free to compile your facility’s annual reports and submit electronically as in the past. If not, all report forms required under EPCRA are available for download on this website under “EPCRA Reporting Forms (Tier II/TRI).” It is our anticipation that online reporting will be available for the 2005 report year.
