Provided below are the checklists used for conducting desk audits or on-site audits that ARP/RMP staff will use in evaluating a facility’s Risk Management Program. They are provided here for use by facilities preparing for an on-site audit. These checklists may also be helpful to subjected facilities in performing compliance audits on their own Risk Management Program.
