2008-2009 APPLICATION INFORMATION

  • EMPG Applications are ONLY to be submitted online at https://www.empafl.com (available after 12/07)
  • These competitive funds will be provided to municipalities with a population of 100,000 or less, are legally constituted, have an authorized, established, and maintained emergency management program, as well as a signed current Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement (SMAA).   Each Municipal Emergency Management Program Applicant may apply for one competitive grant under this program.  Applicants MUST provide a dollar for dollar match of non-Federal funds.
