Groove Virtual Office
Groove Networks and CH2M HILL have teamed with the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) to provide FDEM with a collaborative emergency management solution based on Groove Virtual Office software and services. The solution supports day-to-day and emergency operations and greatly improves FDEM's ability to share information, effectively operate in a decentralized environment and support emergency management personnel who don't always have Internet connectivity in the field. This case study describes the organization's challenges, solution requirements, features and benefits of the Groove-based solution deployed at FDEM.
