The State Warning Point Provides the people of the State of Florida and the Division of Emergency Management with efficient and effective communications during normal periods as well as pre-and-post disaster periods and to serve as the contact point in Florida for communications between local Governments and Emergency Agencies, State Government Agencies and the Federal Government.
