Federally-supported vaccination sites in Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and Miami are vaccinating educators of all ages, per the Department of Health and Human Services’ directive. Additionally, these sites are also vaccinating individuals who have been deemed extremely vulnerable by physicians, per Executive Order 21-79.

Individuals who have been deemed extremely vulnerable need to present the Florida Department of Health form when they arrive to the sites. Individuals who have been deemed extremely vulnerable will NOT be able to receive a vaccine without this form. The form is available here.

These federally-supported hub and satellite sites are operating through a partnership between the Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Department of Defense, the Florida Department of Health, Florida National Guard and Florida Division of Emergency Management.

Beginning Monday, March 29, each of the four federally-supported vaccine sites in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and Miami can administer up to 3,000 first doses of the Pfizer vaccine per day. Additionally, all four sites will remain open until May 26. Satellite sites associated with each hub site will continue administering only second dose shots. All satellite sites will return to their original locations over the next three weeks so all individuals who received their first dose at these sites can receive their second dose.  Additional information can be found here.

Additional information about the federally-supported vaccination sites is available here.

The satellite schedule for April 8-13 is available here.

The satellite schedule for April 1 – 7 is available here.
