The FY04/05 State Homeland Security Grant Program will enhance the ability of the State of Florida to prevent, deter, respond to and recover from threats and incidents of terrorism involving the use of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) weapons and cyber attacks. This grant will build on the progress made over the past four years, enhancing the capabilities of state and local emergency responders. Funding is provided to perform eligible activities as identified in the Office for Domestic Preparedness (ODP) Fiscal Year 2004/2005 State Homeland Security Grant Program (SHSGP), consistent with the Department of Homeland Security State Homeland Strategy. Eligible activities are outlined in each Scope of Work. Contract Period: July 1, 2004 - September 30, 2005
