Reviews and determines the method of procurement for commodities and services, for the Division, to include MyFloridaMarketPlace approvals. The Procurement Section works with the Bureaus to develop formal and informal solicitations.  The Procurement Section is also responsible for State and Federal Transparency Reporting through the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS) and the Federal Funding Accountability & Transparency Act (FFATA) systems.
