Annual Reporting Forms
The Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA) of 1986 requires facilities meeting certain criteria to register with the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) for Hazardous Materials. The links below comprise a reporting package to assist these facilities in meeting the Act's annual reporting requirements and obligation to submit an annual registration fee as required by Florida law (Chapter 252, Part II, Florida Statutes). Annual registration fees and forms must be submitted to the SERC by March 1 of each year. Governmental bodies are exempt from paying the annual registration fees, and certain agricultural facilities may be eligible for adjusted annual fees. In addition, Section 312 facilities are required to submit an annual chemical inventory report (Tier Two form) to the SERC, their Local Emergency Planning Committee, and their local fire department by the March 1 deadline.
