Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA)

The Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) is working with our Partners from the American Red Cross (ARC) and Innovative Emergency Management. These partners will contact households staying in hotels provided by FEMA’s Transitional Shelter Assistance (TSA) program to help connect them to local resources and information on the program.

If you are contacted by one of the organizations, they will only ask for information that will allow them to connect you with other Agencies and Organizations with resources to assist you. They will not ask for Banking or Social Security information.

Below is a resource map that identifies the hotels being utilized for TSA and other essential services, such as Hospitals, Free Clinics, bus stops/routes, and Food Pantries.
