Registration Information
How long will registration remain open?

Registration for in-person will officially close April 1, 2026; however, virtual registration will remain open until June 1, 2026.

Do we offer on-site registration?

Yes, we offer on-site registration at a fee of $150, but we highly recommend registering early, as registration is limited and will fill up quickly.

What does registration include?

Registration will include courses and workshops offered between Monday and Friday.

Are meals included within my registration?

Yes, breakfast, lunch, coffee/snacks, and heavy hors d’oeuvres are covered within your registration. For additional meal options, there are on-site restaurants available.

Is there a separate fee for the special events being offered during the Symposium?

Yes. The price for the Awards Night Gala will be $125. The special event after the Awards Gala will be $50 for those that do not register and attend the Gala.

Where can I find courses and workshops?

Courses and workshops can be found on our Agenda pageYou can enroll via the Registration page.

If I'm in-person can I register for virtual courses?

In-person attendees can attend virtual courses.

What is the cost if I only want to attend virtually?

The cost for early virtual-only registration will be $75. After March 13, 2026, the price will be $100.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

You can book your stay by visiting our Hotel and Travel page. For any booking inquiries such as getting tax exemption, please contact Alyssa Newell at ICPAlyssa@gmail.com

What are the parking fees at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress?

Self-parking is $20.00 per day. Valet parking is available at $51.00 per night.

The overflow parking is free for those not staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

Is there shuttling?

Will I be charged a Hotel Fee?

No, the Hotel Fee has been waived for the Symposium.

Does the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress offer Wi-FI?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is in all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.

You may sponsor or donate at Florida Disaster Foundation.

Will we receive certificates at the conclusion of the Symposium?

Certificates will be issued at the conclusion of the Symposium through the Cvent app.

How can I tour the new Florida’s Central Operations and Coordination Office?

Tours will begin on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 1 pm with transportation being provided by FDEM. Attendees should register for one of the three opportunities to attend between Tuesday, June 2, 2026 and Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
